Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

b. Technical Deficiencies: In the event of significant technical issues that persist despite our efforts to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please report any technical problems promptly to our customer support.

c. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our digital service, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of the service activation. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a refund.


3. Cancellations:Customers can request cancellations for subscription-based services at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
